Howell Cheney THS/CT Aero Tech School, Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy-Groton and Paier College of Art Inc reported receiving the least federal financial aid during the 2018-19 academic year among Connecticut schools, according to an analysis of federal data.

The analysis is based on data reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education.
